One under-appreciated part of writing and designing cookbooks is the food stylist, the person who arranges the food on the table for the photographer. The image above, Salted Tuna with Beets and Olives, is found in the the soon-to-be-released Tokyo New Wave, by Andrea Fazzari (Ten Speed Press). What a great image!
