Here is a portion of my three-part video documentary, “Heat Up Your Life.” It was shot at the historic Acadian Village near Lafayette, Louisiana and stars a very funny chef Scott Landry as he teaches me how how to cook alligator properly. Pay close attention to the visitors to the set in the background. Does Scott really talk like a Cajun all the time?
