On Monday, September 28, about 70 food professionals helped us judge more than seven hundred products submitted by companies in 60+ categories for the 2016 Scovie Awards Competition. The judging was blind, in coded cups, so no judge knew the products he or she was tasted, although they did know the category, like Processed Fruit Salsa.
