Fiery-Foods-Barbecue-Central-Welcome

We launched the Fiery-Foods & Barbecue SuperSite in January of 1997. It was one of the first, if not the first site about chile peppers, fiery foods, and barbecue on the Internet. It has evolved over the years and for the last decade and a half our content management system was Joomla!. However, that freeware became a nightmare for us as it was not updated enough to prevent the hackers from attacking it constantly and sometimes taking it down. So we made the decision to re-create the site with Word Press as our CMS. That task fell to our media director, Hans Wressnigg, who worked on the project for months. It is now complete and the site has relaunched under the title of Fiery Foods & Barbecue Central. You can reach is by going the original URL, http://www.fiery-foods.com, or its new URL, http://www.fieryfoodscentral.com. It is quite a large site, with 2,093 posts and 1,568 recipes. We will still be tweaking the new site and adding images, but all of original information is posted in a much better environment, with a typical page looking like this:
