The 29th National Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show opens at 11am for the trade and 4pm for the general public on Friday, March 3rd. Here is the official show schedule:

1 pm: 505 Food Fights Preliminary: Dave Sellers vs. Fernando Ruiz, Eagle Room
2 pm: Disc-It Demonstration, Eagle Room Patio
3 pm: 505 Food Fights Preliminary: Christopher Cook vs. Rafael Zamora, Eagle Room
5 pm: 505 Food Fights Preliminary: Carrie Eagle vs. Josh Kennon, Eagle Room
7 pm: Show closes
7:30 pm: Exhibitor and attendee party, 2017 Scovie Winners presentation, Eagle Room
Sunday, March 5
9 am: Show opens to Trade Only
11 am: Show open to general public and trade
12 noon: Jim Garcia’s Tequila Presentation and Tasting, Eagle Room
1 pm: 505 Food Fights Semi-Final: 2nd and 3rd Place Winners from Saturday, Eagle Room
2 pm: Disc-It Demonstration, Eagle Room Patio
3 pm: 505 Food fights Final: 1st Place Saturday Winner vs. Winner of the 1pm Fight, Eagle Room
